About Rozie

Rozie Khan is originally from Fiji until her migration to the beautiful New Zealand in 1996, and this is her home now!!  She can speak and read in English, Hindi and Urdu.

Rozie always had a passion for Real Estate, and working in the industry gives the best opportunity for her to utilise her skills and experience. Rozie’s prior experience with her husband as an investor, buying and selling properties, means she knows the client’s needs through the buying and selling process, and the fulfilment one gets from settling into your own home.

Being living in the Manukau community for over 20 years now, Rozie has a good knowledge of the Manukau neighbourhood, including its amenities like malls, shopping, medical, parks and good school zones.

Rozie’s past work experience has been 8 years in the Travel Industry, 8 years in Contract Admin and 4 years in Finance involved interacting with people building good relationships with them.

Rozie has a pleasant nature, and she loves meeting new people. She is a very professional, hardworking, enthusiastic and very organised individual.
