About Leanne

Hi, I am Leanne Prendeville, I started in real estate in 2010 and have made many life-long friends throughout this journey.

I have great enthusiasm and passion for this industry and a genuine desire to do the best for my clients. I find it very rewarding to see them happy at the end of their buying and selling process. I like to work with a large range of buyers, starting with first home buyers right through to those retiring and downsizing. I appreciate the importance of doing the job well and I’m committed to ensuring that I continually meet or exceed your expectations.

Aside from Real Estate my other interests include time with my family, spending time on our lifestyle block, and getting out into the garden.

I have lived in Timaru since early 1990’s and previous to this I lived in the Chatham Islands. Before starting Real Estate, I was a manager of The BBQ Factory for 3 years which changed to PGG Wrightson, I worked there for 12 years in the retail shop before changing to Real Estate, which I really enjoy as I meet a lot of lovely people.

As a family, we found Timaru a great location to bring up our children, and now our grand-children.
