Trust is earned, not given. That's why I work harder.

After graduating from Massey University in year 2003, I started my first job as a salesperson. With 13 years of experience in the retail industry, I believe that trust and loyalty are what matters to people the most. Trust is a two way street, loyalty comes from trust. A good salesperson will always be genuine and knowledgeable about their products and recommend the right item accordingly.

I’m a good listener, I like to treat everybody with respect and sincerity. There is a saying in China that Deal or No Deal, the trust remains. It is my pleasure to be friends with all my clients.
