Terms and Conditions

In accordance with the Sponsorship, a donation of $1,000 (Donation) will be made to Burnside Park Tennis Club when the following conditions are met:

1. Upon (or prior to) the introduction to the property, a customer must mention the Sponsorship and list and successfully sell with Chris Spence or Garry Huata of Mike Pero Real Estate Harewood & Burnside.
2. The point at which the Sponsorship is mentioned as to whether the donation will be made, is at the discretion of Chris Spence or Garry Huata.
3. The Donation applies where a standard commission of 2.95% up to $490,ooo and 1.95% thereafter is paid.
4. The Donation will be transferred directly to the Burnside Park Tennis Club’s nominated account within 7 working days of settlement or commission being paid (whichever comes first).
