Our Commission Fee
Our commission is 2.95%+GST for house sales up to $490,000 thereafter reducing to 1.95%+GST. An administration fee of $490+GST applies. Elsewhere most national competitor brands are selling at a higher fee of 3.95 – 4.00+GST up to $400-500,000 before reducing, with admin fees of $500+GST.
Marketing is accepted across the industry as an added investment by the vendor.
