This promotion (Promotion) is conducted in New Zealand by Sunny Gumber of Mike Pero Real Estate Flat Bush (Promoter).
This promotion is only available at Mike Pero Real Estate Flat Bush franchise only.
This promotion begins on Friday, 29 September 2023 and closes at 5pm on Sunday, October 2023 (NZST) (Promotion Period).
In order to be eligible for the $1,500 NZD marketing discount (Marketing Discount) the property owner/s must:
list their property with the Promoter within the Promotion Period; and
agree to market the property by auction method in accordance with the Promoter’s agency agreement; and
agree to a minimum total marketing spend of $3,300 NZD (including the value of the Marketing Discount); and
not withdraw the listing or, if the listing expires, not renew the agency agreement with the Promoter before the property sells.
If the Vendor withdraws the listing with the Promoter prior to the expiry of the agency agreement, or if the property does not sell and the Vendor does not renew the agency agreement with the Promoter, the Vendor will be liable for the full cost of the marketing.
If any of the above eligibility conditions in clause 4 are not satisfied, then the property owner is liable for the full cost of the Marketing Discount.
