Pleasant Point Yacht Club in South New Brighton was devastated by the earthquakes. They have wonderful well intentioned people and the club has committed $800,000 to their rebuild project, made up of insurance payout and club savings and now they are in the middle of a 1 million dollar fundraising programme to cover the balance of the build budget.
The Yacht Club was an important community resource to South New Brighton and Mike Pero Real Estate are proud to be helping them raise the money they need to rebuild the club rooms, contributing to the regeneration of South New Brighton and grassroots sailing in eastern Christchurch.
